What is a Percolator, and how is it used?
Since drip coffee makers are much more common on the Swedish and Nordic markets, we occasionally receive questions about percolators. So, we've put together a simple explanation here.
What payment methods can I choose?
At c3.se, you can pay securely via Klarna. Klarna offers invoice payments, direct bank transfers, and card payments. Choose the method that suits you best.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a quick credit check is conducted at the time of your order, and you will receive immediate notification if you are approved. The payment term is 14 days. Please ensure that you provide the correct address and postal code for the invoice purchase to be approved.

How are the products delivered, and how long does it take?
Our products are delivered via DB Schenker. Delivery time within Sweden is typically 1–3 business days. During high season, such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery may take a bit longer.
What does the shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK. Free shipping is offered for purchases over 999 SEK.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once your order has been registered, you will automatically be directed to a confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation via email, usually within a few minutes. Please make sure all the details you entered are correct. If you haven't received a confirmation, contact us at info@c3.se.
I’ve changed my mind. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you may return it to us. We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the date you received your order.

Log in to My Account at the top of the menu bar. Use the password you created when placing your order. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one to the email address you provided.
How do I exchange my product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item according to the return instructions and then place a new order on our website.
