Shipping and Delivery
We charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK, which covers processing, handling, and delivery. All orders are shipped with DB Schenker Parcel Ombud and include tracking. Free shipping is available on orders over 999 SEK.

Delivery time to your nearest Schenker pickup point is normally 1–3 business days. Please note that an additional 1–2 business days are required for warehouse handling. All timeframes refer to weekdays excluding public holidays. Keep in mind that during high-traffic periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, delays may occur.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Every completed and approved order generates an automatic order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation or shipping notification is an incorrect email address entered during checkout. Please also check your spam folder just in case.

NOTE! Remember to collect your package in time. If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 199 SEK to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Claims and Complaints
If you need to file a claim for a product purchased via c3.se, please contact our customer service at info@c3.se to register your case.

To help us process your claim quickly and smoothly, we need your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear images or videos showing the defect. This applies to shipping damage as well.

If we need to inspect the item at our facility, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a return label. Therefore, always contact us before returning any product.

NOTE! If you purchased a Champion product from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly for returns or complaints.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product following the return instructions below and place a new order on our website.

Returns
For all returns, contact our customer service at info@c3.se within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then send you a return label and detailed instructions via email.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund for items in unused and good condition – minus a return shipping fee of 79 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund. If you return the entire order, we will refund the full item value and any original shipping cost. If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we will naturally cover all return costs.

You must return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the return approval.

If the product is returned in a significantly altered condition, we reserve the right to deduct up to 100% of its value. If you want the item sent back to you instead, an additional shipping fee of 79 SEK may apply.

Important Information About Returns
When using your right of withdrawal, you may carefully examine the product, but it must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Do not use the product packaging as the outer shipping box – use the original shipping box or equivalent.
The product must be returned complete, including accessories, manuals, inner packaging, and the original box.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund based on any changes in the item's condition upon return.
 
Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact our customer service at info@c3.se. Please include:

Clear images of the incorrect item you received
Your order number
The name of any missing items
If the error was on our part, we will cover the return shipping.

Unclaimed Packages
It is your responsibility to collect the package from the pickup location within the timeframe stated on the delivery notice. If you cannot receive the parcel or fail to collect it, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we are charged a relabeling and return shipping fee by the carrier.

For all unclaimed packages, we charge a 199 SEK fee including VAT, which covers shipping, return shipping, and handling.
If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must still collect it and then return it to us. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed, and the fee will be charged. This fee will remain on your invoice or be deducted from your refund after the return is processed.
