Terms of purchase

 

General
The C3 brand and website c3.se are part of Order Nordic AB. The following terms apply to all agreements entered into with Order Nordic AB concerning the purchase and delivery of goods from c3.se. You must be over 18 years of age to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent as required by Swedish law (Föräldrabalken). When placing an order at c3.se, you accept the current terms and conditions and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Throughout these terms, "we", "our", "us", and "C3" refer to Order Nordic AB.

Please note: Terms may be updated without prior notice, and we recommend reviewing them before each purchase.

Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Kronor) and include applicable VAT. Should VAT change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. A shipping fee is added to all orders to cover handling and freight. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a return. Prices may change without prior notice. We are not responsible for potential inaccuracies in product images or descriptions.

We use Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, for payment processing:

Klarna – Pay Later
Pay within 14 days after receiving your order. No fees or interest if paid on time.

Klarna – Pay Now
Pay directly via credit/debit card or bank account. Klarna saves your info for smoother checkout next time.

Bank Transfer
Payment via your bank account is approved using BankID. Funds are withdrawn within two business days.

Card Payment
Funds are reserved on your card at the time of purchase.

Klarna – Financing
Pay in installments. You can pay more than the minimum or pay off the full amount at any time.

Your personal data is managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Klarna’s privacy policy.

Shipping and Delivery
A flat shipping fee of 49 SEK applies. We use DB Schenker Parcel (trackable) for delivery. Free shipping for orders over 999 SEK. Delivery time to your nearest Schenker service point is typically 1–3 business days, plus 1–2 days processing time at our warehouse.

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday and Christmas), delays may occur.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a confirmation, check your spam folder or verify your email address.

IMPORTANT: If your package is not picked up in time and is returned to us, we charge a 199 SEK fee to cover return and administrative costs.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with Swedish distance selling laws. The item must be returned in its original condition. To cancel your purchase, contact customer service at info@c3.se. The customer pays for return shipping.

Claims
To file a complaint, contact info@c3.se and include your order number, a detailed description, and photos/videos of the defect (including transport damage). If a return is needed, we will send a prepaid return label.

NOTE: If you bought a Champion product from a reseller, contact them directly for returns or complaints.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Instead, return the item and place a new order on the website.

Returns
Contact us via info@c3.se within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send a return label and instructions.

If the item is unused and in good condition, you’ll receive a full refund, minus a 79 SEK return shipping fee. If you return the entire order, we refund both item value and original shipping fee. Partial returns do not include shipping refunds.

If the item is returned in significantly altered condition, we may deduct up to 100% of the product’s value. To have the product returned to you again, an additional 79 SEK shipping fee applies.

Pack securely to avoid damage
Do not use the original product box as outer packaging
Include all parts, manuals, and accessories
A value reduction may apply for incomplete or damaged returns
 
Incorrect Delivery
If you received the wrong item, contact us at info@c3.se with clear photos, your order number, and info about any missing products. We cover return shipping for incorrect deliveries.

Unclaimed Packages
It is your responsibility to collect your package on time. If unclaimed, it will be returned to us, and a 199 SEK fee will be charged to cover return and processing costs.

If you change your mind after the package has been dispatched, you must still collect it and return it yourself. Failing to collect the package results in the 199 SEK fee being charged.

Warranty
All electronic products from C3 come with a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right to complain under Swedish law. Warranty applies only within Sweden.

Manufacturing defects are covered if discovered within 6 months. Issues like thermostat faults or short circuits are not considered covered defects unless proven to be from the start.

You must present a receipt to use your warranty. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction—there is no satisfaction guarantee.

Disclaimers
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors in texts or images, and to account for stock changes or technical issues on the website. In case of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
