Returns & Complaints

 

Right of Withdrawal
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), starting from the day you receive your order. The item must be returned in its original condition. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please register a return by contacting our customer service at info@c3.se. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. See the “Returns” section below for more information on how to proceed.

Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint regarding a product purchased via c3.se, please contact our customer service at info@c3.se to register a case.

To process your complaint as smoothly and quickly as possible, we need your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos/videos clearly showing the defect or damage. This also applies to transportation damage.

If we need to inspect the item on-site, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label. Therefore, it is important that you always contact us before sending the item back.

Note: If you purchased a C3 product through one of our resellers, you must contact the reseller directly for returns or complaints.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item following the return instructions below and place a new order via our website.

Returns
For all returns, contact our customer service at info@c3.se within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then send you a return label and detailed return instructions via email.

Once your return is received, C3 will inspect the items. If they are unused and in good condition, a full refund for the returned products will be issued — minus a return shipping fee of SEK 79, which will be deducted from the refund. If we sent the wrong item or the item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

You must send the item back to us no later than 14 days after receiving confirmation that the return has been approved.

In cases where the item is returned under the right of withdrawal but is in a significantly altered condition that cannot be restored, a reduction in refund of up to 100% of the product's value may be applied. If you wish to have the product returned to you, an additional shipping fee of SEK 79 may be charged.

Important Return Guidelines
Under the right of withdrawal, you may carefully examine the item. However, the item must be in unchanged condition and returned in its original packaging. The item must be well-packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. The original packaging must not be used as outer packaging — please use the outer box the product came in, or equivalent.

The item must be returned complete, including accessories, user manual, product packaging, internal packaging, etc. We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any diminished value of the product due to altered condition upon return.

Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, contact our customer service at info@c3.se. Include clear photos of the incorrect item received, your order number, and a description of any missing products. For incorrectly shipped items, C3 will cover the return shipping cost.

Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to collect the shipment from the pickup location within the timeframe stated on the delivery notice. If you are unable to receive the package or fail to collect it, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we are charged a re-labeling and return fee by the carrier.

For all unclaimed packages, a fee of SEK 199 including VAT will be charged to cover shipping, return, and handling costs.
If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must still collect it and then return it to us.
If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and the fee will be charged. This amount will either be added to your invoice or deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
