Here we've gathered answers to the most common questions we receive.

What payment methods can I choose?

At champion.se, you can pay securely through Klarna. Klarna offers invoice, direct bank payment, and card payment. Choose the payment method that suits you best.
If you choose to pay by invoice, a quick credit check will be conducted when placing your order, and you'll receive immediate notification of approval. The payment term is 14 days. Please make sure to enter the correct address and postal code for the invoice purchase to be approved.
The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.

How are the products delivered and how long does it take?

Our products are delivered via DB Schenker.
Delivery time within Sweden is usually 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may take slightly longer.

What is the shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping fee of 49 SEK.
Free shipping is offered on purchases over 999 SEK.

How do I know my order went through?

When your order is registered, you'll automatically be taken to a confirmation page.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email, usually within a few minutes.
Please double-check that the information you entered is correct.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
However, you can return it to us.
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order.

I want to log in and view my order. How do I do that?

Log in to My Account at the top of the menu bar.
Use the password you provided when placing your order.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one to the email address used during checkout.

How do I exchange a product?

We do not offer exchanges.
Please return the item according to our return instructions and then place a new order on our website.

How do I return a product?

For all returns, contact our customer service at info@champion.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions via email.

I want to file a complaint about a product. What do I do?

If you purchased the product on champion.se, email our customer service at info@champion.se.
Always include your order number, a detailed description, and photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

If you purchased a Champion product from one of our retailers, please contact them directly regarding returns or complaints.

I haven’t received an invoice.

Klarna has sent the invoice to the email address you provided during checkout.
