Complaints
If you want to file a complaint about a product purchased from champion.se, contact our customer service at info@champion.se to register a case.
To process your complaint as efficiently and quickly as possible, we need your order number, a detailed description, and photos/videos that clearly show the product's defect. This also applies to shipping damage.
If we need to examine the product at our facility, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
You must always register your complaint before sending the item back.
Note: If you purchased a Champion product from one of our resellers, please contact them directly for return or complaint matters.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Please return the item according to the return instructions below and place a new order on our website.
Returns
For all returns, contact customer service via info@champion.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will then send you a return label and detailed instructions by email.
Once Champion receives your return, we will inspect the product.
If it is unused and in good condition, we will issue a full refund for the returned items, minus a return shipping fee of 79 SEK.
If we sent the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will of course cover the return shipping.
You must return the item no later than 14 days after receiving confirmation of an approved return.
If the item is returned under the right of withdrawal and is significantly altered and cannot be restored, a deduction of up to 100% of the product’s value may be made.
If you then wish to get the product back, a shipping fee of 79 SEK may be charged.
Important Return Guidelines
You have the right to carefully examine the item during the withdrawal period.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unaltered condition and in its original packaging.
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipment.
Do not use the original product packaging as the outer shipping box—use the outer box you received it in.
The return must be complete, including accessories, manuals, product packaging, inner packaging, etc.
We reserve the right to apply a deduction if the product's condition has changed upon arrival.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you received the wrong item, contact customer service at info@champion.se.
Include clear photos of the incorrect item, your order number, and specify any missing items.
Champion will cover the return shipping for incorrect deliveries.
Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the package from the designated pick-up point within the time specified on the notification.
If the package is not picked up or delivery is refused, it will be returned to us, and we are charged a return and relabeling fee by the carrier.
For all unclaimed packages, a fee of 199 SEK (incl. VAT) will be charged to cover shipping, return costs, and handling.
If you change your mind after the order has shipped, you must still pick up the package and return it to us.
If the package is not collected, it will be registered as unclaimed and you will still be charged this fee.
This fee will remain on your invoice or be deducted from your refund.
