The following terms apply to all agreements with Order Nordic AB regarding the purchase and delivery of goods from our website. To make a purchase, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required according to Swedish law. By placing an order, you accept the terms in force at the time of purchase and confirm that the information you provide is accurate. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Order Nordic AB. Terms may change without prior notice; we recommend reviewing them before each purchase.

Prices and Payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices and fees if VAT changes. A shipping fee applies to all orders to cover handling and delivery. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Prices may change without prior notice. We are not responsible for errors in images or texts.

Shipping and Delivery
The shipping fee is fixed at 49 SEK. Free shipping applies to orders over 999 SEK. We use DB Schenker Parcel with trackable delivery. Delivery time is normally 1-3 business days to your nearest parcel pickup point, with an additional 1-2 days for order processing. All times refer to weekdays excluding holidays and may be longer during peak seasons.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Please also check your spam folder if you do not receive it. Packages must be picked up within the stated timeframe. Unclaimed packages incur a handling fee of 199 SEK.
Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with Swedish Distance Selling regulations. Products must be returned in original condition. Please contact customer service to register your return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
Complaints
For complaints, contact customer service with your order number, a detailed description, and photos. If the product must be returned, we will provide a return label and cover the shipping cost. Always register your complaint before returning any goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
Returns
Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued minus a 79 SEK return shipping fee. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. Partial returns do not qualify for shipping refunds.
Products must be returned well-packaged in their original packaging with all accessories included. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the returned product is damaged or used.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive the wrong item, we cover the return shipping cost. Contact customer service with photos and your order details.
Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the specified time. Unclaimed packages are returned to us, and a fee of 199 SEK will be charged to cover return and handling costs. If you change your mind after the package is shipped, you must still collect it and return it yourself.
Warranty
All electrical products come with a 2-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish consumer law. Defects occurring within 6 months are presumed to be manufacturing faults. Warranty does not cover damages caused by wear, misuse, or negligence. Proof of purchase is required.

Reservations
We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, and modify stock availability. Any disputes are handled in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
